The heat of our authentic wood-fired oven is matched only by our passion for great Pizza. Il Fuoco Dentro is a mobile wood fired pizza catering company with an oven mounted in our open air trailer. The flexibility of our traveling pizza catering business provides us with the versatility to make pizza anywhere we can park our rig. We arrive an hour and a half prior to the start an event to set up an as well as to re-heat our oven (our oven is brought to temperature prior to any event that we attend). Once the oven is at operating temperature (750-900 degrees) we can make and deliver pizza 90-120 seconds from taking the first order. We hand stretch and dress all of our pizza on site for all to see utilizing a recipe that took us one year to bring to life. The tastes and fragrances created by the heat of the wood fire produces a pizza clearly superior to those cooked in a standard oven. This being coupled to fresh mozzarella ,basil as well as our proprietary pizza sauce is sure to leave a lasting memory of how delicious our product is. We would love the opportunity to be a part of your next special event!
